Lord Atkin was a Brisbane-born judge whose landmark rulings still guide the common law world today. To commemorate the 150th anniversary of his birth, I worked with the Supreme Court Library Queensland to deliver the exhibition Lord Atkin: from Queensland to the House of Lords.
I designed a powerful brand identity for the exhibition by adding traditional elements to the library’s corporate font and creating a contemporary photomontage of the subject standing in the House of Lords.
I created a rich visitor experience by skilfully arranging stories and photos across the library walls and provided expert advice on printing and production methods to suit the project budget and timeline. I achieved a high production standard for the exhibition by liaising between the client and printer to clarify specifications, organise pre-production samples and coordinate installation.
